- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce optional

- ½ cup water or vegetable broth
- ½ teaspoon white pepper
- Salt to taste
Cut the napa cabbage into bite-size pieces and rinse well.
Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
