- 4 swordfish steaks about 6 oz each
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup green or black olives sliced
- 2 tablespoons capers rinsed
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley chopped
- Lemon wedges for serving
Pat the swordfish steaks dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
