- 2 ahi tuna steaks about 6 oz each
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sesame seeds optional
- Microgreens for garnish
Pat the ahi tuna steaks dry with paper towels.
Season both sides with sea salt and black pepper.
Heat olive oil and sesame oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Place tuna steaks in the skillet and sear for 1.5-2 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
Remove from skillet and drizzle lightly with soy sauce.
