- 8 oz smoked salmon chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Crackers or sliced baguette for serving
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
Fold in chopped smoked salmon, dill, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until evenly combined.
Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish and smooth the top.
