- 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs beaten
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped green onions for garnish
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
In a bowl, combine cornstarch, flour, salt, and pepper.
Dip shrimp into beaten eggs, then coat in the flour mixture.
