- 250 g pasta penne or fusilli
- 200 g shrimp peeled and deveined
- 200 g white fish fillet diced
- 150 g scallops
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 200 ml heavy cream or Greek yogurt for lighter option
- 100 g grated cheese cheddar or mozzarella
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a saucepan, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
Add shrimp, fish, and scallops. Cook until just opaque.
Reduce heat, stir in cream, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Combine seafood mixture with cooked pasta in a casserole dish.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
