Ingredients
  

  • 250 g pasta penne or fusilli
  • 200 g shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 200 g white fish fillet diced
  • 150 g scallops
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 200 ml heavy cream or Greek yogurt for lighter option
  • 100 g grated cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a saucepan, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  • Add shrimp, fish, and scallops. Cook until just opaque.
  • Reduce heat, stir in cream, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Combine seafood mixture with cooked pasta in a casserole dish.
  • Top with grated cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • You can substitute heavy cream with Greek yogurt or a light cream to make it healthier.
  • Use any combination of seafood you prefer.
  • For a crispy topping, sprinkle with breadcrumbs mixed with a little butter before baking.
