Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 450 g mahi mahi fillets, cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • For the Zesty Ginger-Lime Sauce:
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lime juice, lime zest, ginger, honey, and salt. Set aside.
  • Cook Mahi Mahi: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season fish with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Cook 3-4 minutes per side until flaky and cooked through.
  • Assemble Tacos: Warm tortillas. Layer cabbage, red onion, cooked fish, avocado, and drizzle with ginger-lime sauce. Sprinkle with cilantro.
  • Serve: Serve immediately with extra lime wedges if desired.

  • Fish can be baked or grilled if preferred.
