- 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 lb crab legs
- 1 lb smoked sausage sliced
- 4 ears corn cut into halves
- 1.5 lbs red potatoes halved
- 4 quarts water
- 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
- 2 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 lemon cut into wedges
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Fill a large pot with 4 quarts of water and bring to a boil. Add Old Bay seasoning and salt.
Add red potatoes to the pot and cook for 10 minutes.
Add corn and sausage, cook an additional 5-7 minutes.
Add crab legs and cook for 5 minutes.
Add shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque.
Drain the pot and transfer all ingredients to a large serving platter.
Drizzle with melted butter, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
