Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 small onion thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt adjust to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions or cilantro optional for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant and lightly golden.
  • Add corn kernels and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
  • Season with sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Remove from heat, garnish with green onions or cilantro, and serve warm.
