- 2 marlin fish steaks about 200 g each
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or oregano for garnish
Pat the marlin steaks dry using paper towels.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Brush the marinade over both sides of the marlin steaks.
Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat.
Grill the marlin for 3-4 minutes per side, until lightly charred and just cooked through.
