Ingredients
  

  • 200 g ramen noodles
  • 12 fresh mussels cleaned
  • 1 tsp squid ink
  • 50 g salmon roe
  • 500 ml seafood or chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger minced
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 boiled egg optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a medium saucepan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  • Add mussels and pour in broth. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes until mussels open. Discard any unopened mussels.
  • Stir in squid ink and soy sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Divide cooked noodles into bowls. Pour broth and mussels over noodles.
  • Top each bowl with salmon roe, green onions, and boiled egg (optional).
  • Serve hot and enjoy your gourmet seafood ramen!

  • Use fresh seafood for the best flavor.
  • Adjust squid ink amount to taste; it adds a rich umami flavor.
