- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly oil it.
