Ingredients
  

  • 4 mahi mahi fillets about 6 oz each, fresh or thawed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika optional
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F / 204°C).
  • Pat mahi mahi fillets dry with paper towels.
  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Brush fillets with the marinade on both sides.
  • Place fish on the grill, skin-side down if present.
  • Cook for 4–5 minutes per side until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Remove from grill, rest for 2 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the fish for 15–30 minutes before grilling.
  • Serve with grilled veggies, mango salsa, or seasoned rice.
  • Best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
