- 4 mahi mahi fillets about 6 oz each, fresh or thawed
- 2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika optional
- Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish
Preheat grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F / 204°C).
Pat mahi mahi fillets dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Brush fillets with the marinade on both sides.
Place fish on the grill, skin-side down if present.
Cook for 4–5 minutes per side until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from grill, rest for 2 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.
