- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 5 oz cans tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream optional, for extra creaminess
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish optional
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard optional
- Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
Cook macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
In a large mixing bowl, flake the drained tuna with a fork.
Add mayonnaise (and sour cream if using), Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Add cooled macaroni, celery, red onion, and pickle relish. Mix gently until all ingredients are coated in creamy dressing.
