Ingredients
  

  • 12 large rice noodle sheets
  • 1 lb fresh crab meat
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 red chili finely sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Prepare rice noodle sheets according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
  • Add crab meat, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and sliced chili. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring gently, until the crab is heated through and well combined.
  • Take a rice noodle sheet and spoon the crab mixture into the center. Fold or roll the noodle sheet to enclose the filling. Repeat with remaining sheets.
  • Optional: lightly pan-sear stuffed noodles in a non-stick skillet for 1-2 minutes per side for extra texture.
  • Plate the stuffed noodles, garnish with sliced green onions and fresh cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.

  • Use fresh or high-quality crab meat for the best flavor.
  • Adjust chili to taste for mild or extra heat.
  • These can be prepared ahead of time and lightly reheated before serving.
