- 12 large rice noodle sheets
- 1 lb fresh crab meat
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1 red chili finely sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 green onions sliced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Lime wedges for serving
Prepare rice noodle sheets according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
Add crab meat, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and sliced chili. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring gently, until the crab is heated through and well combined.
Take a rice noodle sheet and spoon the crab mixture into the center. Fold or roll the noodle sheet to enclose the filling. Repeat with remaining sheets.
Optional: lightly pan-sear stuffed noodles in a non-stick skillet for 1-2 minutes per side for extra texture.
Plate the stuffed noodles, garnish with sliced green onions and fresh cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
