- 4 salmon fillets about 6 oz each
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or dill for garnish
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet, skin side down. Brush evenly with the glaze.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Rest for 5 minutes, garnish with herbs, and serve warm.
