  • 1 Whisk or spoon
  • 1 Brush for glaze

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets about 6 oz each
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or dill for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet, skin side down. Brush evenly with the glaze.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  • Rest for 5 minutes, garnish with herbs, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Adjust honey for more or less sweetness.
  • For extra flavor, marinate salmon in the glaze for 30 minutes before baking.
  • Great with roasted vegetables, rice, or salad.
  • Leftovers keep in the fridge for 2 days; reheat gently to avoid drying out.
