Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets about 6 oz each
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce low sodium preferred
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated (optional)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds for garnish
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Make Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, maple syrup, olive oil, garlic, ginger, and pepper.
  • Marinate Salmon: Brush glaze generously over salmon fillets. Let sit for 5 minutes while preheating the air fryer.
  • Air Fry: Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, until flaky and caramelized.
  • Serve: Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot with rice or steamed veggies.

  • Cooking time may vary depending on salmon thickness.
  • For extra flavor, marinate salmon for 30 minutes before cooking.
